This is a spectacular place! We visited here for a multi-generational family vacation and it was perfect! The house and property are beautiful, plenty of space, great amenities with the pool, the kayaks, pool toys, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, and incredible views of the Santa Rosa Sound! Sharon is very responsive and a great hostess! When I booked, I accidentally booked the wrong weekend. I contacted her immediately and she graciously changed it and got us set for a memorable weekend! From the youngest to the oldest of our crew, we enjoyed our time together hanging out by the screened in pool, cooking together, eating, laughing, playing games and just visiting with one another! We would definitely visit here again!

Beautiful home on the water; great vacation spot for a large family. Every bedroom has their own bathroom. There are three separate wings in the home. You have a private pool that is covered. There is kayaking, paddle boarding, and bring your fishing rods to fish from the property. The beach is approximately 20 minutes away in Fort Walton Beach. We had an amazing stay and Sharon was quick to respond with answering any questions. Recommend highly.
I’m so sorry we kept getting locked out of our room we never stayed at an air b&b so definitely not used to it I appreciate you letting us rent it out we cleaned up after ourselves and loved it so much there

We really only had two issues. One was the pool had not been cleaned, but they quickly responded and got that done. The other was the humidity in the house made it very cold and we were not able to turn the temperature below 70.
