My husband and I had a wonderful stay with our pups! The town is adorable with lots to do.
Sharon's place is in my ideal location...serene lakeview and 3 min walk to the beach and Whale's Tail/DQ/Kilwin's/Cabana Cafe/Royal Palm Grille/Badass Coffee in a safe and quiet area. I stayed for 10 days with my goldendoodle and had all the pots/pans/keurig and Mr. Coffee/tupperware/silverware and cooking utensils I needed. The kitchen appliances are new and clean. Actually, the whole place is clean and well-kept. I also appreciated the free&clear laundry detergent tablets. Sharon is very responsive and friendly. We will for sure be back next year!
The apartment was very clean and Sharon was very responsive. Overall great experience, I would stay with her again! The weather in Niceville was pretty terrible when we stayed but that’s not her fault lol.
Well worth the stay for us and our cats, will come back here again for sure
The marina view was nice. The apt was as described. Definitely bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper because you can hear the neighbors. The walls are thin. Glad you can bring pets with no extra fee as ours don't make a mess. Would love if people drove slower around the area for the squirrels. Schooners has happy hour everyday and you don't have to drive.
After our home flooded, we needed a place to stay super quick. Sharon was very accommodating, communicated great, and the space worked great for us. Beds are super comfy, quiet area, very clean.
This property is absolutely phenomenal! The cottage was tucked away and peaceful while still being within walking distance of Downtown Fort Walton, restaurants, parks, and so much more. It was the perfect balance of quiet and convenient. Sharon made the entire process incredibly easy, from check-in to check-out, and everything felt smooth and stress-free. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing weekend getaway. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making guests feel welcome. Overall, this was the perfect spot for a weekend trip, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable place to stay in Fort Walton!

This marina-front studio is perfect for a quick weekend getaway! It is comfortably furnished and conveniently located 20 mins from Destin! Sharon provides all the necessities and a great list of local restaurants. A truly fabulous and relaxing time was had by all! Book now and bring your dog :)
