Good size spot and great location! two minute walk to the beach and a few coffee shops or restaurants. The lake during sunrise and set is beautiful! It was 4 of us staying here a few days so we used the larger sofa mattress which was really uncomfortable so something to keep in mind. We also brought our dog. The home didn't smell like dog at all (only my dog could smell it lol) and didn't even see fur! Overall, good stay for a few days at the beach!

Really cute little place! It was so clean and literally 5 minutes away from our favorite beach spot. It was surprisingly quiet for the location and we loved hanging out on the porch in the mornings enjoying our coffees. I thought it would be a little weird being so close to the bridge, but it was actually super convenient to be next to a publix and so close to the spots we like to go to, and for a reasonable price. My husband and I go to Fort Walton every summer, so we'll definitely consider staying here again in the future!

We absolutely enjoyed it. Quiet peaceful. And private. Once in awhile we might notice the music from the restaurant. But only if we were outside on the balcony. Never bothered us. It was neat to see the boats being put in and taken out at the high and dry marina across from the condo. We ate at the restaurant one time. It was pleasant. We ate at the boathouse landing restaurant in Niceville. We definitely recommend that. Great people friendly and awesome service. Plus the food was top notch. The condo was very clean and perfect for two people. Very relaxing. Will definitely be booking again. Look forward to coming back!

My wife & I stayed here for our 10yr Anniversary and it was perfect. Very clean. Across the parking lot from the pool. Across the street from the ocean. Sitting right on the lake. Sharon made the entire process seamless. Definitely worth it!!
