This condo is quiet, well stocked and in the perfect location. We loved that we didn’t have to pack all our beach gear because there is lots of beach gear to borrow.

Sharon was very helpful and responsive to concerns. We opted to stay somewhere else because the room did not meet our specific needs.

First off, Sharon was fantastic and very responsive. There's plenty of parking and a VERY locally popular dockside restaurant called LJ Schooners a 30 sec walk away. Gorgeous views of Ward Cove. I spent a lot of time overlooking the beautiful area, even witnessed a daily dolphin pod coming in and putting on a great show. It fit my needs and I would stay here again.
The rental was very nice. Everything was as described as well as the pictures matched perfect. The only thing we had issues with was the rug in the master bedroom. It flipped up and had wrinkles so it was very easy to trip. Someone put dirty mittens back in kitchen drawer, floor was dirty, beds were FIRM, and the master sheets had hair on the sheets and pillow. The place was very peaceful and had lots of extras in the condo to use. Overall i would recommend the place and would stay here again.
Location was awesome. Super clean place. Beautiful view. Beach and Whale Tail Restaurant was a 30 second walk. Bad Ass Coffee Co. was a 5 min walk. Nice host. Bed was uncomfortable. Not many dishes (not that we needed them). Could hear walking of people above us. Everyone neighbor we met there was EXTREMELY nice! Lots of tiny bugs at front door, but maintenance fixed instantly. I sprayed bug spray in back where the bugs were as well ( normal for a beach home)
We stayed 6 days and already wish we booked longer. The location is unreal—being right by both the beach and the lake was everything, and the neighborhood felt so peaceful. The place was clean and exactly as described. We had a baby with us, and the first floor setup made beach trips so easy, which was a huge plus. Our host was so amazing—super kind, accommodating, and made everything really smooth for us. There was a little construction nearby, but it honestly didn’t bother us. Would 100% stay here again 🤍
